ONLY the SA2 HD Project zip file goes into the "Dolphin\Resource Packs" folder. Make sure you are running a current development version of dolphin (Currently 5.0 - 10xxx) and are using a DX12 compatible graphics card. Other than that, you said you had "Enable Custom Textures" checked, and that should be all you need to do to see them in-game if everything is set properly. Only the first three letters are used (GSN in this case) so the textures will load with versions of the game from different regions. As an additional note, there is no need to use the game's full Title ID for the texture folders, and there hasn't been for a long time. If you want to check if the textures unzipped properly, there should now be a "GSN" folder located in "Dolphin\Load\Textures". At this point, Dolphin automatically unzips the resource pack into the proper directory with the correct file structure, and when it is finished, the pack title turns green. When you go to the Resource Pack Manager menu from Dolphin, you highlight the Resource Pack in the list, and click "Install" from the buttons on the right. zip file (and any other resource pack zip files you have) in the resource pack folder. You should delete both folders you created manually in both the resource pack, and texture folders. First of all, there is no need for you to manually extract the resource pack zip file. ScrubTastick, as long as you are using a current development version of Dolphin (NOT 5.0 stable), there shouldn't be too much to do to get resource packs working.
i could really use some help ive been trying to get this hd texture pack to work for a while now Also on Resourse Pack Manager its green i think its because when i load up the game it doesnt say loaded custom textures or whatever. Yea nothing is working all of the textures are just not there. So basically ive put the zip folder into the resource pack folder and unziped it and named the folder with all the hd textures in it to GSNE8P the game id ive also put load custom textures on and made a DUPLICATE of the GSNE8P folder with all the textures in it and i put that into load/Textures/>game id

I would like to update the pack again when I can, but until then, I'll at least make sure the download links keep working. Unfortunately, I haven't had any real time to devote to making more or do much on the forums here aside from lurk occasionally.
Otherwise, glad you and everyone else who've downloaded the pack are enjoying the textures. They're all live and download fine for me, so you might want to take another look.
